Fethiye is a district and port city in the southwest of the Turquoise coast of Turkey. It is located in a natural harbor with clear blue water. The main attraction is the numerous rock tombs, including the tomb of Amintas from the 4th century BC. e., hollowed out in a rock above the sea. Day trips to the coastal islands are popular in Fethiye. To the south of the city are the lagoon-protected beach of the Oludeniz village and the Butterfly Valley nature reserve.
